Next Monday 18th April I will organise the first in a series of three chocolate tasting. The first one is dark chocolate tasting and today I visited a few shops in West London to acquire the chocolate. I got single estate chocolate from a single bean that all the components of the bar are made from the same type of bean including the cocoa butter. Organic chocolate and Fair trade chocolate.
A few of the chocolate bars are from beans in countries that usually don't export cocoa like Tanzania.
I'll list the chocolate bars and the shops I bought the chocolate after the event on Monday.
